Duties:
⦁ Ensuring the required production quantity targets are met on a day to day basis.
⦁ Ensuring the efficient running of the designated production area, ensuring that all relevant documentation is completed correctly and fully ensuring that customer requirements are met.
⦁ Ensuring that product traceability is always maintained.
⦁ The day to day supervision of production staff, including clean as you go operations.
⦁ Ensuring that staff are trained appropriately for the role that they are performing.
⦁ Responsible for the correct operation of equipment used during production hours.
⦁ To ensure that HACCP is followed and CCPs are monitored according to procedure along with any other relevant safety and quality records.
⦁ To complete any other duties as required by senior management.
The Person:
⦁ People management skills, including developing team capability, performance management and managing team KPIs
⦁ Assisting with implementing different types of production mythology
⦁ An excellent understanding of food safety guidelines and producers including working with HACCP Plans.
⦁ An excellent attitude and with the ability to work with senior stakeholders
⦁ Able to implement production and achieve production targets
⦁ Able to work Sunday to Thursday 9:45pm-6am.
**(Hourly rate = £ + £12 per/day shift allowance. Shift allowance is only payable when a full shift has been completed)
