Job Description
Full time and part time lecturer on an interim basis to cover maternity leave. Teach GCSE 14‑16 programme, level 1‑3 Health and Social Care courses, and contribute to forthcoming apprenticeship offers. Responsibilities include teaching, curriculum development, linking with NHS and local providers, supporting learners to enter health and social care careers, and maintaining a supportive team environment.
Qualifications and Experience
* Teaching experience desired but not essential.
* Passion for health and social care, with skills to share this with young people.
* Level 5 teaching qualification and experience preferred for point 12 or above (£37,454 FTE); otherwise selection based on experience and teaching qualifications.
