What the Job Involves The primary responsibility of the role is to provide support throughout the recruitment process, which includes preparing recruitment data, maintaining standard recruitment documents, and supporting advertisement to appointment phases. You will be in charge of monitoring recruitment progress, liaising with managers on recruitment elements, and ensuring data quality and confidentiality in HR/Payroll records. Additional responsibilities include supporting DBS check process, updating recruitment documentation, responding to queries, and assisting in process reviews and development of Standard Operating Procedures. You are expected to develop and maintain excellent professional relationships across the team.
