Indeed is seeking a strategic Senior Sales Director for the UK Enterprise Field Sales Business. In this key role, you will be leading a large team of 40, with 5 Sales Directors reporting to you, who are responsible for our biggest Enterprise direct employer clients in the UK market. Additionally, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining C-level relationships with key Enterprise clients in the UK to enhance Indeed's overall market share and increase our share of wallet within this sector.

You’ll develop high impact collaborations with cross-functional business partners from Agency teams, Client Success, Sales Strategy, Sales Operations, Marketing, and others to help define and execute a sales strategy for UK Enterprise customers utilizing the Indeed suite of products and services.

You will be a highly focused, seasoned and determined sales leader, with the confidence to set vision, strategy and a high-performance sales culture for our London-based Enterprise Direct Employer sales teams. You thrive in a fast-paced and innovative, high-performance sales environment, driving accountability at all levels and will be comfortable helping your teams navigate complexity and change in a rapidly evolving industry. You will be deeply client-centric in your approach, confidently shaping solutions at senior levels and influencing product strategy internally to better serve our clients.

Reporting to the Vice President of UK and Ireland Sales, you will collaborate closely with this executive and other senior leaders to align on sales goals, strategies, and tactics that drive business outcomes.


Who you are

* Enhance and execute our UK Enterprise Direct Employer sales strategy, while establishing and strengthening relationships with key market players.
* Mentor and coach a team of Sales Directors and individual contributors, fostering a high performance culture, where your team feels guided and supported to perform to the best of their abilities.
* Recruit, manage and develop a team of Sales Directors and National Accounts Managers, overseeing the sales process from discovery & qualification to the effective positioning of Indeed’s products and services.
* Drive new business development, increase market share, and expand our share of wallet within the UK Enterprise segment by generating incremental revenue.
* Demonstrate expertise in closing large, consensus-oriented deals with UK Enterprise partners.
* Directly manage relationships with CEOs and Senior Client stakeholders where necessary.
* Ensure the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, manage revenue forecasts, and monitor performance metrics for your teams.
* Communicate effectively internally, advocating for client needs in product forums, while also evangelising Indeed’s products and services externally at thought-leadership events with clients, resellers, media partners and industry associations.
* Employ a data-driven approach to decision-making, combined with a people-first strategy, to cultivate a high-performance culture within your teams and the broader business.
* Uphold and enforce sales business rules, practices and policies for your teams and at all times.

Who we are

This role is based in our London office. The successful candidate will act as a hub for collaboration, team building, best practice sharing, and client engagement. We expect you to be present and actively contribute in person, helping to evangelise and inspire across teams.

* 10+ years of relevant experience
* 5+ years of Sales leadership experience, ideally managing managers
* Extensive experience working cross-functionally to shape strategy and execute at scale
* Experience managing complex global accounts (esp. within enterprise-level employers)
* Effective influencing at C-level both internally and externally
* Detailed and extensive knowledge of the online recruitment space and the UK hiring market
* Experience with interactive media, including pay-per-click products
* Knowledgeable in performance-based advertising products, such as PPC and PPA recruitment advertising
* Demonstrated success in sales-driven environments and exceptional leadership capabilities

Salary Range Disclaimer

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), a Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.


Salary Range Transparency

London Base Salary: 100,000 - 150,000 GBP per year

On-Target Earning: 200,000 - 250,000 GBP per year
