Our coffee shop is a hub for our customers and the heart of the local community. Every day will offer a new experience as you’ll be involved in a wide range of activities, working together as part of a passionate and hardworking team. As a Coffee Shop Assistant you'll be at the forefront of the business, welcoming customers and serving homemade food and drinks. You'll be handling food and maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of our coffee shop. You'll also be taking customer orders and offering recommendations on some of our best products including our Fairtrade range and delicious Gadsby's cakes! About You We’re not looking for any specific experience or qualifications – we’ll provide you with all the training necessary! It’s your personality, skills, motivation, and values that matter the most to us. You’ll need to demonstrate: A passion for customer service and a desire to deliver a great experience for our customers The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks An enthusiastic approach and willingness to support your colleagues An attention to detail ensuring our customers get a reliable service That you can help us achieve our purpose by being inspiring, helpful, and trustworthy!
