We are seeking a dynamic, ambitious, and hands-on individual to manage our brand-new large store that we will be opening shortly in Bangor. We will be selling a wide range of products in different categories such as home, electronics, pets, crafts, clothing etc etc.
This is an exciting opportunity where you will manage and lead a team of retail assistants, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing all operations within the store, including creating and maintaining product displays, ordering stock, and generally maximising sales. Other duties will include window displays, overseeing product pricing and labelling, performing employee reviews and ensuring the store and its contents are always presentable and safe for both staff and customers.
You'll also build relationships with a regular loyal customer base spending over £1000 each per month, as well as one-off buyers throughout the day.
There will be a competitive basic salary paid to the successful candidate.
