Robert Half is excited to be working exclusively with a rapidly growing organization in Abingdon, seeking a full-time Payroll Specialist to start ASAP!
Responsibilities:
* Support the Payroll Manager in executing all payroll processes across the organization, including:
* Processing payrolls
* Managing absence, parental leave, and associated payments
* Ensuring compliance with RTI and Auto Enrolment requirements
* Payroll administration and reporting
* Maintaining accurate payroll data and records
* Handling submissions to relevant tax authorities
* Resolving employee payroll queries
* Preparing information for audits and government reporting
* Generating management reports for the Senior Management Team
* Handling ad hoc report requests
* Updating process control data
* Assisting with gender pay gap reporting data
* Conducting annual holiday audits for all payrolls
* Supporting company benefits administration as needed
Requirements:
* Experience with end-to-end payroll processing
* Immediate availability is essential
