Post Role : The lead APC staff officer responsible for the delivery of Mobilisation, FTRS, Army Res Reinforcement Group and Regular Army Res activity below OF5. Responsibilities : 1 APC LEAD for all elements of legislation/policy/process/enablement relating to MOB/FTRS/ARRG/Strat Res with internal/external stakeholders 2 ENGAGE and INFLUENCE key stakeholders relating to the continuous improvement of legislation and policy in support to all lines of business. 3 MONITOR, EVALUATE and DELIVER workforce supply and demand in line with SWP (Mob/FTRS) and SJC (Strat Res) 4 LEAD the design/delivery of CI and digital optimisation apps to enhance the effects of core business in line with Branch and APC priorities 5 LEAD the delivery for all Army TLB OF4 and below FTRS (HC/LC) boarding in conjunction with CM Ops. 6 MANAGE and LEAD a whole force WF, cohering pan Branch/APC, with WF supply and demand priorities.
