Graduate Programme
This three‑year programme gives you the chance to rotate across the country in Year 3, gaining experience in different business units. You will work on new and existing programmes, design and develop engineering solutions with the support of senior engineers, and follow a structured learning pathway delivered by the Engineering Leadership team.
Program Technologies and Tools
Advanced embedded solutions using Java, C++, ADA, and automation tools such as Bash, Python, Perl, and Ansible on RHEL environments. Modern development platforms include Eclipse, IntelliJ, Bitbucket, Git, Jenkins, Artifactory, SonarQube, Klocwork, and CppCheck.
Requirements
You must be on track to complete or have completed a bachelor’s degree in a STEM subject in one of the following areas:
* Computer Science (BSc or MSc)
* Computing (BEng or MEng)
* Computing and Data Science (BSc or MSc)
* Software Engineering (BSc or MEng)
* All applicable technical or related degrees will be considered

Recruitment Process
Assessment centres for shortlisted candidates will be held between February and May 2026. Induction week for all graduates will run from Monday 07 September to Friday 11 September 2026.
Security Clearance
All our roles are subject to security restrictions. All candidates must possess a permanent right to work in the UK and will be required to undergo Government security clearance at BPSS level, and obtain full Security Clearance (SC) in line with UKSV requirements before starting. This role requires a sole British National from birth and SC clearance without any caveats.
