Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets
Proactively identify and secure new corporate and MICE business opportunities
Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business
Conduct sales presentations, site visits, and networking events to promote the hotel
Collaborate with the revenue and management teams to maximise profitability
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify new opportunities
Prepare detailed sales reports and performance analysis for senior management
About You Proven background in hotel sales with experience across corporate and MICE sectors
Strong commercial acumen and the ability to create and deliver strategic sales plans
Excellent relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills
Confident networker who enjoys representing the business at industry events
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
