Overview

Join our dynamic and growing teams in either Bristol or Lytham as an Employee Benefits Associate Consultant. Within this role, you will take accountability to collaborating with corporate clients; offering them offering expert guidance and bespoke solutions for their Private Medical Insurance needs. This is your chance to build meaningful relationships and retain valued clients, as well as uncover and enjoying exciting opportunities for career advancement within an industry leader.

* Take ownership of a diverse portfolio of corporate clients, going above and beyond to meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
* Drive growth by nurturing client relationships, uncovering new opportunities, and introducing tailored solutions.
* Provide outstanding service by managing renewals, claims, and mid-term adjustments with care and precision.
* Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with the latest healthcare products, policies, and market trends.
* Collaborate with a team of passionate professionals to deliver seamless, innovative solutions.
* Uphold the highest standards by ensuring all work aligns with regulations and company policies.

About You
* You bring valuable experience from a similar healthcare role, with a solid understanding of healthcare products and policies.
* Building strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer service comes naturally to you.
* Youre highly organised, detail-focused, and skilled at juggling multiple priorities with ease.
* Tech-savvy and confident, youre proficient with IT systems, including Microsoft Office.
* Youre passionate about growing your expertise and staying ahead of industry trends.
* While a CII PMI qualification is a plus, your drive and experience matter most to us.
