We submit applications to a range of funding bodies for projects which support people to access new opportunities, training, qualifications, resources and facilities.
We are looking to recruit a proactive and detail-oriented External Funding Coordinator to source, write, apply for and monitor externally funded projects. This is a pivotal role that contributes directly to the Colleges strategic growth and sustainability. Working with the External Funding Manager, you will identify funding opportunities, coordinate bid submissions and ensure compliance with funding requirements/audit.
You will work with Curriculum Teams across the College to collaboratively develop and apply for funded projects in line with the Colleges strategic direction. You will represent the College at events to create, maintain and manage external relationships with funding bodies.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual with experience of applying for and / or monitoring externally funded projects from a range of funding bodies or similar tendering / application experience. You will have experience of managing complex workloads and a proactive approach to ensuring projects are delivered within planned timeframes and budgets.
