We are looking to recruit to a number of Team Manager positions for our Community Wellbeing teams within Adult Social Care.
You will be required to have Social Work England registration as a qualified social worker and have a proven track record of managerial experience in this area.
We want you to be able to lead a team that is effective and efficient, that empowers and involves our individuals and local communities as well as lead staff with confidence and competence, ensuring that you are promoting the social work values and best practice principles in your leadership.
We want you to foster a positive learning environment for your staff and be able to build on strengths and challenge weaknesses.
You need to ensure our statutory responsibilities are met whilst also contributing to local networks and community development to embed a strengths based approach.
We are looking for a passionate, strong and dedicated candidate for this role, someone who can lead by example, is a strong decision maker and who can manage staff, budgets and resources.
