Responsibilities
* Maintains accurate employee records and our internal databases
* Assist with recruitment process, including advertising roles, assisting managers and maintaining professional communication with candidates
* Onboarding and offboarding of new starters and leavers in line with the correct internal procedure
* Process contractual changes in line with the correct internal procedure
* Help coordinate training courses
* Help organise and facilitate internal events, wellbeing initiatives and benefits
* General office administration within the team, including relevant projects and ad-hoc tasks
What we expect from our future People Support Apprentice
* A high level of attention to detail and accuracy
* Effective communication skills - concise in written/verbal communication
* Good problem solver who takes responsibility for their work
* Can work co-operatively with others in the team and across the organisation
* Continue to learn and enhance learning with coursework/exams/qualifications, as applicable
* Ability to multitask, organise and prioritise work
* GCSEs A*- C / 9 - 4 including English and Maths C/4+ or equivalent
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
