An established and progressive legal practice is seeking an experienced and client-focused Residential Property Conveyancing Solicitor to join its Milton Keynes office. This opportunity is well suited to a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive who is looking to further develop their career within a collaborative, modern, and supportive environment.

The Role
The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, delivering high-quality legal advice and exceptional client service throughout the transaction lifecycle. You will work closely with colleagues, contribute to team development, and play a role in enhancing systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing residential property conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion
* Providing a consistently high standard of client care and communication
* Supporting colleagues with workload management as required
* Assisting with the supervision, training, and development of junior team members
* Contributing to the implementation of new technologies and process improvements
* Attending networking and business development events to strengthen professional relationships
Experience & Qualifications
* Approximately 4–5 years’ post-qualification experience in residential property conveyancing

* Effective time management and ability to prioritise competing deadlines
* Self-motivated, proactive, and confident when engaging with clients and colleagues
