Job Description
The Senior Training Coordinator role is essential when it comes to onboarding new employees within the business, ensuring that they are compliant and have the adequate training in the first few weeks/months of joining the company. This is a hands-on role, best suited for someone who is experienced in managing various tasks and projects at the same time and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
* Coordinate and administer all aspects of in-person and virtual training activities including; planning, organising, registering candidates and managing waiting lists, sending out joining instructions, booking accommodation for oversee trainees, booking training rooms & trainers and preparing training rooms
* Administer the LMS system including; setting up new users, managing online course catalogues, uploading and updating course content, troubleshooting issues, assigning online courses to employees as well as checking that training is completed in a timely manner
* Deliver welcome training sessions to new oversee trainees in London
* Act as first point of contact for employee queries in relation to training
* Manage the training inbox
* Gather feedback from trainees and make adjustments to optimise the learning experience
Qualifications
The successful candidate will ideally have the below skills and experience:
* Educated to degree level
* 3 years’ minimum experience of working as a co-ordinator in fast paced training team ideally working with cross-regional colleagues
* Proven track record of being highly organised, able to multi-task as well as juggle multiple priorities at the same time and work in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other training technologies
* Adaptability, problem-solving abilities and outstanding customer services skills
* Able to remain calm under pressure
* Use own initiative to improve current training content, processes and procedures
* Proficiency in using MS office especially: Outlook, Excel and Power Point

* Generous base salary
* 22 days holiday per year, increasing to 25 after 1 years’ continuous service. Added 1 day holiday/per year from the 6th – 10th year work anniversary up to a maximum entitlement of 30 days
