We are looking for a
Senior Franchise Finance Manager
to play a pivotal role in safeguarding the financial health of a large international franchise network. This position will focus on proactive debt management, improving franchisee performance, and ensuring compliance with financial policies, while also supporting broader transformation and growth initiatives.
In this role, you will take ownership of debt management processes, leading recovery strategies to minimise exposure and protect the business. You will design and deliver initiatives to improve franchisee financial health and long-term profitability, conducting structured reviews of financial performance and providing strategic recommendations to partners and leadership. The role also involves ensuring compliance with financial reporting requirements and policy standards, as well as supporting due diligence for new franchisees, ownership transitions, and wider transformation projects.
We are seeking a finance professional with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights. Experience within franchise or multi-unit business models is highly desirable, particularly within consumer-facing industries such as retail, hospitality, or food and beverage. A proven track record in financial risk management, including aged debt recovery, is essential, alongside strong stakeholder management and influencing skills. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator who can simplify complex financial concepts for diverse audiences, while also demonstrating adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, international environment.
The successful candidate will bring at least six years of relevant finance experience, ideally with international or cross-market exposure, and hold a degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field. High proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets is required, and familiarity with BI and reporting tools will be an advantage.
This role is based in
Central London
, operating on a hybrid model with a minimum of two days per week in the office. Occasional international travel may be required.
