Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Bromsgrove
Salary: £25,000
Hours: Full-time, Permanent, Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
We’re currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Customer Service Advisor to join their fast-paced and friendly team based in Bromsgrove. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative office environment and is looking to join a forward-thinking, growing company.
What you’ll be doing:
Providing daily support to a portfolio of existing customers
Handling enquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
Inputting and processing orders using Sage
Managing returns and credit requests through the system
Collaborating closely with the sales team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
What we’re looking for:
A confident communicator with a polite and professional telephone manner
Someone who thrives under pressure and stays calm in a busy environment
Strong organisational skills and adaptability
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Fast and accurate working style while delivering excellent customer service
Previous experience in a customer service role is a bonus, but not essential
