Protocol Education is currently working with various SEN/SEMH schools across Swindon, seeking candidates with a strong background in Creative Arts.
Responsibilities include:
* Supporting students with diverse special educational needs, both one-on-one and in small groups.
* Assisting teachers with classroom learning and behaviour management.
* Bringing calmness, confidence, and compassion to classrooms throughout the school week.
* Using your arts, sensory, therapy, or drama background to support SEND pupils emotionally and educationally, fostering engagement, confidence, and positive learning experiences.
Skills and Qualifications: Arts degree/background, sensory or therapy qualifications, drama background, SEND experience.
Candidate Qualities:
* Believes all students can make outstanding progress regardless of background or needs.
* Is rigorous, creative, inspiring, and a strong leader.
* Utilizes diverse teaching methods to deliver engaging lessons and CPD sessions.
* Is caring, driven, and passionate about building strong relationships with staff, students, parents, and the community.
