Youll enjoy great benefits, a healthy work-life balance, and the chance to be part of a growing and exciting business.As a Class 1 Driver, youll play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of high-quality products to our customers every journey counts.This is a full-time, permanent role, with start times between 17:00 and 20:00, working Tuesday to Saturday one week then Monday to Friday week two.Pay, benefits and more:An hourly rate of £14.3833% uplift on all hours worked between 20:00 and 06:00Overtime paid at time and halfHoliday payWorkplace pensionA 24/7 online GP service, life assurance and a fully comprehensive employee assistance programmeAccess to our MyBenefits platform offering a variety of high street discounts, cashback cards, a saving scheme and much more!Access to GXO University home to a wealth of online training courses, meaning your development never ends!What youll do on a typical day:Deliver products mainly to RDC locations across the UKCarry out backhaul collections and deliveries on return journeys to NorfolkSupport factory clearance operations between Norwich and SnettertonComplete up to two deliveries per day, following all store and non-store procedures in line with company and customer policiesMaintain the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the depot, vehicle, and trailer assigned to youConduct regular vehicle checks, reporting any defects or wear and tear promptly to ensure efficient maintenanceAccurately complete all required paperwork and records within the specified timeframes, ensuring full compliance with relevant regulationsWhat you need to succeed at GXO:A full UK driving licence with C+E categoryLess than six points on your licence (as well as no DD, DR, DG, BA, CD, AC, LC or TT endorsements)An up-to-date CPC and Digital TachographA positive attitude, excellent communication skills and the ability to work independentlyWe engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains.TPBN1_UKTJ
