An established UK financial advisory business is seeking a Client Servicing Administrator to provide administrative and operational support to financial advisers and clients. The role sits within a collaborative administration team and focuses on delivering a high standard of client service, maintaining accurate records, and supporting ongoing client relationships.
The successful candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide ongoing administrative support to financial advisers and clients within a shared team structure.
* Manage client and third-party queries professionally and in line with internal procedures.
* Ensure requests and actions are completed accurately and within agreed service standards.
* Assist with onboarding new clients and maintaining client records.
* Prepare client correspondence, forms, and supporting documentation.
* Coordinate and schedule client review meetings through to completion.
Administration & Operations
* Maintain accurate client and plan records across internal systems and CRM platforms.
* Support invoice generation and fee administration processes.
* Assist with ad hoc projects and operational initiatives.
* Work collaboratively across teams to support wider business objectives.
Compliance & Governance
* Handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately and in accordance with data protection requirements.
* Follow internal compliance procedures and escalation processes.
* Report potential operational or compliance issues where appropriate.
* Complete required training and maintain awareness of relevant regulatory standards.
