We are now seeking a highly organized and proactive Supply Chain Customer Service & Site Administrator to support our operations on a part-time basis. In this varied and essential role, you will help keep our site running smoothly by handling administrative tasks across the Supply Chain, Health & Safety, and HR teams. Your Mission at Elis Site & Office Administration Act as the point of contact for facilities, cleaning, and maintenance Order indirect materials and office supplies Ensure a safe and well-maintained site environment HR Administration Manage HR documents and update training records Take minutes during HR meetings (e.g., disciplinaries) Organize new starter inductions and prepare recruitment requests Coordinate site events and update employee engagement boards Health & Safety Support H&S documentation and compliance tracking Log safety observations and follow up with site management Complete routine H&S records and action items Customer Service Support (as needed) Handle basic customer queries during busy periods Assist with order placements What will make you stand out? Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proactive and adaptable, with a collaborative approach Basic Excel skills are a plus Prior experience in admin, coordination, or customer service is desirable A-Level or equivalent education preferred What's on offer? 29 Days Holiday Employee Assistance Programme On-site Parking Salary for 25 hours per week £16,666.00 29 days holiday including bank holidays Onsite Parking Interested?
