Multi-Trader (Multi-Skilled) - South London
We are recruiting on behalf of a growing construction and refurbishment contractor delivering residential upgrade and maintenance projects across South London.
Due to continued project wins, they are looking to appoint an experienced Multi Trade Operative to support refurbishment works across occupied and void residential properties.
The Role
This position focuses on stripping out and refurbishing existing accommodation, bringing properties back up to modern living standards. The work is varied and hands-on, suited to someone confident working across multiple trades.
Typical duties will include:
* Strip-out of existing kitchens, bathrooms and internal finishes
* Plastering and making good surfaces
* Wall and floor tiling
* Kitchen and bathroom fitting
* Carpentry works (doors, frames, boxing-in, minor joinery)
* Painting and decorating
* General snagging and finishing works
* Ensuring properties are left clean, safe and ready for handover
Work is primarily based across Croydon, Bromley, Orpington and Mitcham, with travel kept local where possible.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Multi Trade Operative or similar role
* Confident working independently and managing daily tasks on site
* Good finishing standards and attention to detail
* Full UK driving licence
* CSCS Card
* Clean DSB background check
