Responsibilities
* Youll be responsible for gathering requirements and conducting workshops with key business stakeholders.
* Youll translate business needs into Salesforce solutions and perform necessary data mapping, collaborating with technical teams and business units as needed.
* Youll customize, configure, and manipulate Salesforce functionalities to meet business requirements.
* Youll be involved in UAT, feature/sprint reviews, and support the adoption of new solutions.
* Youll maintain the security, integrity, and overall health of the Salesforce platform.
* Youll uphold and recommend Salesforce best practices.
* Youll provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure follow-through until resolution.
* Youll proactively recommend new features, improvements, and upgrades to optimize our implementation.
* Youll use customer insights to guide business initiatives.
* Youll ensure best practice customer initiatives are adopted and effectively applied.
* Youll deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, in line with company guidelines, regulatory obligations, and SLAs.
* Youll handle all confidential information in accordance with company and partner protocols and procedures.
* Youll maintain high standards of customer relationship management.
* Youll ensure all contact and interactions are of the highest standards, communicating clearly and appropriately with all stakeholders.
* Youll collaborate with and provide regular reporting and updates to key stakeholders across the Cover-More Group.
* Youll ensure all communication aligns with the delivery of our Brand Promise to stakeholders.
Qualifications
* Youll bring proven experience as a Salesforce Consultant, Functional Consultant, or Business Analyst.
* Youll ideally hold Salesforce Certifications, which are highly regarded.
* Youll have applied experience, particularly with Service Cloud implementations and integrations.
* Youll possess strong knowledge of Salesforce best practices, configuration, data modelling, UI design, and process design.
* Proven ability to work in a complex Salesforce environment, utilizing problem solving skills to determine best fit solutions.
