10. Demonstrate a supportive and enthusiastic nature combined with a real passion for education.
11. You must have graduated with a minimum 2:2 in your degree and have a strong academic background (A-Levels and GCSEs)
12. Prior experience working with young people and managing challenging behaviour people would be highly beneficial!
13. Passionate about improving outcomes for young people
The role would require you to work specifically with pupils who require 1:1 and small group support with behaviour needs, to ensure they achieve their full potential. Your expert subject knowledge will come in handy as you may also be able to deliver high quality interventions in your chosen subject.
