Join Our Team as a Female Specialist Support Worker - Drivers Only
Location:
Redhill, Surrey
Salary:
£12.60 per hour (£24,570 per annum) plus benefits.
Hours:
37.5 hours per week, between 7.00 am and 10.00 pm, Monday to Sunday, on a shift rota basis.
Contract:
Full-time, permanent.
Driving Requirement:
A valid full UK manual driving license is essential for this role.

Who you will be supporting?
I'm so thrilled about my upcoming move to my very own apartment in Redhill, with the wonderful support of SeeAbility! I'm looking for someone truly special, experienced in supporting a young lady with complex health needs, including autism, learning disabilities, and Rhizomelic Chondrodysplasia Punctata.
I will need assistance with daily living, personal care, nutrition, communication using Makaton and picture exchange systems, mobility, and emotional well-being. I appreciate patience, positivity, and a non-judgemental attitude, especially as I sometimes exhibit challenging behaviors. A calm, patient, resilient, and consistent approach is essential.
I am seeking support during day services and community outings on a 2:1 basis. A valid driver’s license is a must! If you are physically fit, dependable, and passionate about empowering others, I would love to welcome you to my team!
Essential Criteria
To be considered, you should demonstrate experience in at least two of the following areas:
* Rhizomelic Chondrodysplasia Punctata (RCDP)
* Autism and Severe Learning Disabilities
* Physical Disabilities (Wheelchair user)
* Physical Behaviors that can Challenge
* Resilience
