Overview
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and innovative Lecturer to join our dedicated and welcoming team. You will be responsible for managing and directing teaching teams and ensuring effective, learner-centred learning opportunities to meet the needs of adults with special needs.
Responsibilities
* Plan differentiated work to meet individual needs, promoting progression, continuity and quality of learning by having clear intentions for our students learning.
* Accurately assess need, deliver teaching reflective of need and measure progress with a determination to positively impact on the lives of our students.
Qualifications
* Certificate of Education (CertEd) on appointment, or an alternative equivalent teaching qualification, or currently undertaking or willing to undertake the CertEd.
* Level 2 Maths and English qualifications or willingness to enrol on our internal functional skills course within the first year of employment and complete the course within 2 years.
