£30,000 - £35,000 | Monday - Friday | 40‑hour week | Days based, Site based | Howden, East Yorkshire
Join a well‑established, third‑generation family food production business as a Health & Safety Advisor responsible for supporting and maintaining all aspects of health and safety across the site, ensuring compliance with legislation, promoting best practice and fostering a strong safety culture.
Role
* Support and maintain the site’s Health & Safety function.
* Carry out audits, inspections and risk assessments.
* Investigate incidents and assist with corrective and preventative actions.
* Deliver training, inductions and toolbox talks while maintaining compliance records, KPIs and safety documentation.
Person
* Health & Safety Advisor or similar with UK experience.
* NEBOSH qualified.
* Background in manufacturing, engineering or industrial environments.
* Commutable to Howden.
Salary is a guideline and will depend on experience, qualifications and skills.
