Overview
* This role is ideal for an immediately available locum with experience, handling both freehold and leasehold transactions
* This Suffolk based role will focus primarily on managing part exchange buy ins and resales, with occasional involvement in new build transactions
* Applications are open to experienced locums with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role
* Experience handling a full caseload independently
* You will confidently handle all correspondence and documentation with minimal need for administrative support
* The successful candidate will be organised, proactive, and able to work independently
