This role is all about shaping strategy, driving real results, and delivering a great client experience. You’ll be the go-to person for a group of key accounts, working closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders to keep everything moving in the right direction. You’ll also play a part in supporting and developing junior team members, helping build a strong, collaborative team culture.
It’s a great fit for someone commercially minded and proactive, with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in using data to inform decisions. You’ll need to be comfortable taking ownership of projects, turning insights into action, and working across different teams to get things done.
A bit about the role
* Build and grow strong relationships with key accounts, becoming a trusted go-to for your clients.
* Work closely with internal specialists to make sure campaigns run smoothly and deliver against goals.
* Dig into trading and campaign data, spot trends, and turn insights into clear, actionable ideas.
* Collaborate with teams across content, media, and account management to keep everything aligned.
* Stay in regular contact with clients through updates, reports, and strategic conversations.
* Get ahead of any challenges and solve issues around performance or account health.
* Lead regular reviews, sharing insights and future plans to help drive growth.
A bit about you
* Solid experience in client-facing roles, ideally within eCommerce, retail media, or digital marketing.
* Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and building strong relationships at all levels.
* Commercially minded, with the ability to turn data into meaningful actions.
* Experience with marketplace platforms.
* Some knowledge of digital advertising is helpful.
* Well organised, proactive, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
* Strong communicator who can break down complex ideas clearly.
