You’ll work in schools supporting teachers and pupils, gaining real insight into everyday teaching while building experience that will strengthen future applications for teacher training.
You’ll receive structured support, training and guidance focused on classroom practice, behaviour management and professional expectations. The experience gained through the programme is highly valued by schools and teacher training providers and provides a strong foundation for progressing onto a PGCE or other training routes.
