This is an exciting opportunity to join our established Community North service hosted within CAMHS.
The team provide support for all community referrals within the North of the county within the CAMHS services. The Admin team are pivotal in ensuring the smooth flow of referrals from the Single Point of Access Team to the Community Teams, ensuring Referrals are processed, that records are maintained and that young people and their families who have not met the referral criteria are signposted to alternative services.
We are seeking an Admin Team Leader with relevant admin experience to coordinate and lead the admin team who support the community clinical team.
Our clinical and admin teams have two bases, one in Balderton Primary Care Centre and the other at Langold Clinc in Worksop and successful candidates will be required to support both bases, alongside some hybrid working.
Main duties of the job
The post will be responsible for the day-to-day support and supervision of admin staff in the CAMHS SPA Team to ensure an excellent administrative support is provided for the clinical staff.
You will have the following:
Educated to NVQ Level 4 standard or equivalent level of knowledge and experience.
Significant experience in a recent similar role, including the supervision of staff.
Extensive working experience of MS packages
Knowledge of procedures in relation to providing a safe working environment
Working knowledge of patient information systems
Working with minimal supervision and using own initiative
Excellent communication skills, with staff at all levels, patients and outside agencies
Excellent organisational skills, office management and the ability to prioritise and work to set timescales
You will work under the direct supervision of the Admin Support Manager

Job responsibilities
The post holder is required to provide a lead role with responsibility for the day-to-day management of administration and secretarial staff. Co-ordinating an efficient and effective administration and secretarial service. The SPA cover the whole county of Nottinghamshire and are based in our Trust Headquarters site Duncan Macmillan House, however it is likely that this base will change over the forthcoming year, details of this are yet unknown but full engagement will all those based at this site will be engaged in a consultation.
To ensure that data quality and timelines meet Trust and CQUIN targets.
Close liaison with Contractors, Trust Estates, IT, Procurement and Support Services Departments to ensure that the site is managed effectively and efficiently.
To manage the Health and Safety Workbook under the provision of the Trusts Health and Safety policy in relation to admin staff and site common areas.
This role requires an experienced individual, with qualifications and previous experience in the day-to-day management of staff. The post holder will have excellent communication and organisational skills and have working experience of site management.

1. Possession of a recognised leadership/management qualification to Foundation Degree level or significant recent leadership management experience
