Responsibilities
Monitor risks of shortages and implement recovery plans with production teams.
Analyze data to recommend actions that improve supply performance and reduce delays.
Collaborate with Customer Support Managers, Procurement, and Production to align priorities.
Present clear, data-driven recommendations in review meetings with senior management.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data and ERP systems (SAP experience is a plus).
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across diverse teams.
Ability to prioritize, manage time effectively, and stay calm under pressure.
A proactive, collaborative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
Knowledge of supply chain principles; APICS certification or MRP experience is an advantage.
