Shaw Healthcare is looking for a Residential Team Leader to join Urmston House in Bristol. You will be part of a dedicated team committed to making a difference in the lives of those we care for. Our goal is to deliver the highest standard of care, comparable to what we would want for our own families. You will use the latest care technology to spend more quality time with residents. Urmston House has an excellent reputation as a valued care provider, with residents' needs at the core of our daily activities.
As a Team Leader, you should have previous experience working in residential care. You need to be flexible, patient, caring, organized, and great with people. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, along with working towards or having completed your QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
Your responsibilities include building strong relationships with residents, their families, healthcare professionals, and your line manager. You should be able to follow guidelines and policies easily and have good written skills for care plan documentation.

Working Hours: 24 hours per week, with shifts from 07:45 to 20:15.
