Responsibilities
* Field sales – selling mid-upper range shower enclosures, shower panels, walk-in showers, wetroom systems, and shower trays to approximately 700 active customers.
* Manage customer base split 30% plumbing & heating merchants (with a bathroom showroom) and 70% retail bathroom showrooms, focusing on low or zero spending accounts and growth opportunities.
* Collaborate with a Retail Support Manager in a buddy system for display visits, technical enquiries and lower‑level accounts.
* Oversee Barwick Bathroom Distribution, Dell Factor Distribution and Claygates ASM accounts and their supplied customers.
* Assist with stock deals, promotions, buying policy, marketing and maximise stockholdings and revenue.
* Report on CRM system.
Qualifications
* Experience as a Key Account Manager in showers, bathrooms and plumbing & heating.
* Sold to plumbing & heating merchants and/or retail bathroom showrooms or buying group members.
* Proven field sales track record with a hunter mentality.
* Knowledge of KBB, bathroom, or plumbing & heating product industry.
* Outgoing team player, autonomous, dynamic, energetic.
* Prepared to put in the hours.
* Full product knowledge not required – training provided.
