Job Description:
* Serve as the first point of contact for end-users seeking technical assistance via phone, email, or ticketing system.
* Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
* Provide support for Windows, MacOS, Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, and VPN connectivity.
* Escalate complex issues to appropriate IT teams while ensuring timely follow-up.
* Log all incidents and service requests accurately in the ticketing system (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy).
* Maintain and update documentation of known issues and solutions.
* Assist in setting up and configuring desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
* Perform user account administration (password resets, account creations) in Active Directory and other systems.
* Support remote users using remote desktop tools and VPN.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in the IT support function.
