Job Title: Bid Writer / Tender & Proposal Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Bid Manager to join a growing organisation within the construction and built environment sector. This role will be responsible for managing the full pre-construction bid process, from pre-qualification through to tender submission, ensuring high-quality, compliant and compelling bid responses.

Role Overview
The Bid Manager will take ownership of pre-qualification questionnaires (PQQs), tenders and bid submissions, coordinating inputs from internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver professional, timely and competitive submissions.
Key Responsibilities

Manage pre-qualification, tender and bid activities through to final submission

Develop clear, well-written proposals that communicate operational, technical and commercial solutions

Draft, review and edit bid responses to ensure compliance with client requirements and evaluation criteria
