Responsibilities
* Update and monitor payments for schools.
* Support school consultations and commission alternative provision.
* Collaborate with providers, education, and SEND staff to ensure suitable provision is found.
* Undertake cost negotiations with providers to deliver optimum value for money and reduce overall expenditure for the higher needs block.
* Quality‑assure commissioning forms.
* Set up finance packages and contracts.
* Assist with other key commissioning related duties as required.
