Looking for a hands on controller to join the leadership team. Role is idea for financial professional who can manage daily operations while helping to guide long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee all accounting and financial reporting
* Manage budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis
* Lead cash flow management and financial planning
* Ensure compliance and internal controls
* Partner with leadership on strategic decisions
Qualifications
* Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field (CPA preferred)
* 5+ years of progressive experience (manufacturing a plus)
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Experience with financial systems and process improvements
