Join Our Team as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant!

We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our dedicated team in a vibrant school setting. This is a full-semester contract role that allows you to work with a diverse caseload across all grade levels, starting immediately and continuing through the end of the school year.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide therapy: Deliver speech and language therapy services to students from kindergarten through 12th grade.
* Support IEPs: Assist speech-language pathologists in implementing individualized education programs (IEPs).
* Monitor progress: Track student progress and maintain accurate documentation.
* Collaborate: Work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to enhance student communication development.
* Prepare materials: Help in the preparation of therapy materials and organize treatment sessions.
Qualifications:
* Licensure: Valid Massachusetts SLPA license is required.
* Experience: Previous experience in a K-12 school environment is preferred.
* Bilingual: Candidates who are bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese are highly desired to support our diverse student population.
* Caseload management: Ability to effectively manage a full caseload.
* Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
