Responsibilities
* Provide full secretarial and administrative support to a residential conveyancing fee earner.
* Assist the fee earner with all aspects of conveyancing transactions, including shared ownership work.
* Handle client communications via phone, email, and in person.
* Open and manage client files, ensuring meticulous attention to detail.
* Use case management systems to ensure smooth workflow.
* Act as the first point of contact for clients when dealing with matters post exchange, ensuring professional and friendly service.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a conveyancing team.
* Excellent communication skills and a friendly telephone manner.
* Strong IT and case management skills.
* The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* A positive and enthusiastic approach to work.
