* Job Title – Legal Routing Project Manager
* Location – Fenchurch Street, London - 3 days per week in office
* Contract Length / Type – 12 months
* Pay Rate / Salary – 547 per day inside IR35 via umbrella
Job Summary
Qualifications Required
* Minimum 3-5 years of experience in legal operations, legal services, compliance, or paralegal roles, ideally within a regulated industry or large-scale corporate legal department
* Strong investigative and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve ambiguous or complex cases
* Solid understanding of legal terminology, documentation, and processes
* Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with demonstrated experience navigating complex, matrixed organisations and engaging senior legal partners, external counsel, and cross-functional teams across multiple geographies
* Demonstrated experience in cross-functional collaboration
* IT literacy, including proficiency in Google suite software and the ability to quickly learn new systems
Preferred
* Experience with case management platforms such as Salesforce
* Process improvement or continuous improvement experience
* Experience with document management systems or workflow tools
* Background in high-volume operational environments with SLA-driven metrics
* Self-starter with a proactive, action-oriented approach to problem-solving
Education & Certification
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience)
* Project Management or Process Improvement certification is beneficial
