You'll take ownership of your own section while working closely with the wider team to deliver exceptional food and maintain high standards. The Role As Chef de Partie, you will support the day-to-day kitchen operation while being responsible for your own section, ensuring consistency, quality and efficiency at all times. Key responsibilities include: Managing your own section and supporting daily kitchen operations Ensuring all food served meets required quality and presentation standards Maintaining high levels of cleanliness and hygiene through cleaning schedules Ensuring full compliance with food safety, hygiene and health & safety regulations Promoting a positive kitchen environment About You We are looking for a reliable and motivated Chef de Partie with strong kitchen experience and a passion for quality food.
