About the role As a Social Worker in the North Locality Adolescent Service (based in Reigate, Woodhatch Place), you'll work with children and families to identify strengths, understand risks, and create collaborative plans that support positive, sustainable change. You'll have access to dedicated support from adult mental health workers, domestic abuse officers, and substance misuse specialists, working together to offer holistic and informed interventions. Your focus will be on keeping children safe within their families and communities - building trust, resilience and stability. Key Responsibilities Work directly with adolescents and their families to assess risk and develop tailored, strengths-based interventions. Address issues such as contextual safeguarding, exploitation, mental health, and family breakdown with sensitivity and insight. Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to share expertise and improve outcomes for families. Maintain accurate, timely records using Liquid Logic. Build strong working relationships that promote lasting, positive change for children and young people.
