Job Description
The main purpose of the role is to deliver a fantastic service to our guests while they are enjoying their holiday with us. In Guest Services, you will mainly work back of house on our telephone-based system, helping our guests have an entertaining and fun break. You will assist guests by providing advice about our product offerings and local area, and help resolve any issues with empathy and problem-solving skills, ensuring feedback is logged and followed up. The team also manages the check-in experience and provides face-to-face assistance where needed.
Normal Working Hours
We are currently seeking full-time team members for Guest Services. Working hours are between 9am and 9pm on arrival days, and 9am to 5pm on other days. As we are open 7 days a week, flexibility with days and times is required to ensure excellent guest experiences.

* Be proficient with computer systems used for logging jobs and feedback.
