What you will do
As an Inside Sales Consultant Product Specialist, you willsit in the Inside Sales Team andplay a key role in driving business growth by managing customer relationships, supporting sales activities, and promoting Johnson ControlsTFISproduct portfolio. You will:
Handleinbound and outboundcustomer interactionsvia phone and email, ensuring timely responses and exceptional service.
Manage international shipping and customs documentation for product deliveries.
Prepare and follow up on quotes, identify cross-selling opportunities, and enable revenue growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships
Liaisewith external customers and internal stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadershipand provide updates as required.
Continuously develop yourtechnicalproduct knowledge to provide expert guidance and solutions.

Use CRM systems and MS Office tools to manage sales pipelines, track opportunities, and maintain accurate records.
