Leaders in Care are proud to be working with a highly supportive provider who are seeking an experienced Ofsted Registered Manager to lead their established 5 bed children’s home in Leicestershire.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a home rated Good by Ofsted, with a provider committed to delivering the very highest standards of care. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring that every child and young person is supported to thrive, achieve and feel safe.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide strong and effective leadership to the residential care team.
* Ensure the home operates in line with Children’s Homes Regulations, Ofsted Standards, and safeguarding requirements.
* Drive the vision and Statement of Purpose, embedding a nurturing and therapeutic culture.
* Oversee and implement individualised care and development plans.
* Promote a safe, consistent, and high-quality environment.
Requirements
* Ofsted Registered Manager status (essential).
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
* Minimum 2 years’ experience managing a children’s residential home.
* Strong background in EBD or Learning Disabilities (LD) settings.
* Proven leadership and staff management skills.
