We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Session Leader to join our specialist team delivering Short Breaks across our school-based settings in Ealing and Harrow, supporting children and young people aged 517 with learning disabilities, on the autism spectrum autism, and complex needs. What Youll Do Plan and deliver engaging sessions for children and young people in our offsite weekend, after-school, and holiday clubs. Lead a small team of support staff during each session, ensuring high standards of safety and wellbeing. Promote Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) and implement individual support plans. Organise activities such as arts and crafts, cooking, sensory play, sports, and life skills development. Ensure safeguarding and health and safety procedures are always followed. Communicate with parents, carers, and professionals and ensure digital records are updated. Cover other Harrow and Ealing sites. Who Were Looking For We welcome applicants from all backgrounds! You should have: At least 3 years experience working with children or young people in childcare, education, or youth work. Experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, or complex needs. A Level 3 qualification in childcare, youth work, or a related field. A current Level 2 safeguarding certificate and Paediatric First Aid (or willingness to update). Confident team leadership and strong communication skills.
