I'm recruiting for a leading fresh‑produce supplier looking for a sharp, commercially minded Account Manager to take ownership of a major retail customer. If you thrive in a fast‑paced environment and love being the go‑to person for a key account, this is a brilliant next step.
The Role
Manage the day‑to‑day relationship with a major retailer
Oversee orders, reporting, and issue resolution to keep service levels above 98.5%
Work closely with supply chain, growers, finance, and category teams
Use data and insights to influence customer decisions
Build promotional plans and support strategic sales growth
Lead NPD and packaging projects from concept to launch
Prepare costings, tenders, and customer presentations
Support customer visits and travel to suppliers as needed
What You'll Bring

Strong with data, pricing, and reporting
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Commercial drive, resilience, and a proactive mindset
Confident with Excel and PowerPoint
