We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated, newly qualified Commercial Real Estate Graduate or a Surveyor with Valuations experience to join our market-leading Healthcare Valuations team, based in Bristol. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering valuation services for healthcare properties, including care homes, private hospitals, GP surgeries, and specialist facilities. You will engage with a wide range of clients, including investors, developers, and operators, providing strategic valuation advice. Key Responsibilities: Conduct valuations of healthcare-related properties in accordance with RICS standards. Collaborate with team members to deliver accurate and timely valuation reports. Develop a deep understanding of the healthcare property market, including trends and regulatory changes. Engage with clients, maintaining and building strong professional relationships. Work as part of a wider multidisciplinary team to provide tailored solutions to complex client needs. Assist in preparing proposals and presentations for new business opportunities. Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and risk management procedures. Qualifications and Experience: RICS-accredited degree or equivalent qualification in real estate, surveying, or a related field. Full membership or working towards membership of RICS (MRICS). Proven experience in commercial or healthcare property valuation is desirable. Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Argus Enterprise is advantageous. A proactive and professional approach to work, with the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
